Are Fairweather Lodge programs staffed 24 hours per day?

The Lodge programs are not typically staffed 24 hours.  Hours of support are based upon Consumer needs.  Fairweather Lodge staff are available and on call 24 hours per day.

 
Are the Lodges coed?

The Lodges can be coed.  This is based on Consumer choice.  Currently, D&M has one coed Lodge and one all male Lodge.  Lodge members are selected by Consumer interview and if services provided meet the individual’s needs.

 
Is Ever-Glo Janitorial Service a not-for-profit company?

No.  Ever-Glo is a for-profit Consumer run janitorial business.  Ever-Glo was formed over 15 years ago.

 
Is Ever-Glo Janitorial Service, Inc. a Corporation?

Yes.  This Company is incorporated in the State of Michigan.

 
I earn Social Security benefits.  Can I earn extra income as an employee of Ever-Glo?

Yes. You may earn up to $720 per month. However, when you exceed $720 per month different rules apply. If receiving SSI, different rules apply immediately.

How do I refer someone to D&M Consultants, Inc.?

D&M currently contracts with Easter Seals of SE Michigan, Community Network Service, and Training and Treatment Innovations; all located in Oakland County, Michigan.  D&M Consultants, Inc. does also have availability for private pay placements.  These are available based on a first come, first serve basis.  Private Pay residential cost of care would be determined based on consumer needs and current income.

Does your company have transportation available?

Yes!  We provide transportation based upon the individual’s needs.  D&M encourages individuals to utilize community accessible transportation when available.
